The Artist Circle

A series of recitals featuring ProMusica musicians and renowned guest artists. Enjoy intimate performances in exquisite homes—just as chamber music began! For the 2011-2012 season, we present SIX events that will feature superb musicians and the opportunity to get acquainted with our guest conductors. Your annual contribution of $1,500 or more allows exclusive membership into the Artist Circle, and an invitation to attend all six of these special events.

Three Arts Evening of Excellence

An evening of exquisite wines, extraordinary food and world-class music. An intimate gathering, limited to just 12 couples, will enjoy a specially prepared multi-course meal at The Refectory, paired with superb wines, and accompanied by a private recital by ProMusica guest artist, violinist Stefan Jackiw. This year’s event will take place Friday, October 7, 2011—space is limited; please contact us to reserve your seats! Sponsored by GBQ and The Refectory.

Annual Spring Soiree Benefit and Concert

ProMusica’s signature fundraising event combines a private party with a special concert that features “cross-over” artists performing with the orchestra at the Southern Theatre. Prior to the concert, patrons enjoy fine food and drinks at The Westin Columbus, and a silent auction filled with exclusive, one-of-a-kind packages.

Corporate sponsorship of the Spring Soiree offers an outstanding opportunity to entertain clients and advertise your brand to ProMusica’s most loyal patrons. Corporate sponsorship levels vary and include a variety of marketing benefits, concert tickets, and invitations to other ProMusica special events.

Celebrate! A New Year’s Eve Concert

A program of your favorite Broadway tunes and a night in old Vienna will be accompanied by a special champagne toast at intermission to kick off the Columbus Bicentennial. Pre-concert party packages are now available, and include pre-concert hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and music at The Westin Columbus. Each concert ticket also includes an admission button for additional “First Night Columbus” events, featuring arts and entertainment, dining specials, and a midnight fireworks display. Corporate sponsorships are also available.

Events with the ProMusica Sustaining Board

The Sustaining Board is a dedicated group providing financial and volunteer support for ProMusica. The group produces a wide variety of social and fundraising events, including an annual Wine Dinner at The Refectory and the board’s signature event of 14 years, Culinary Capers.
