The ProMusica Sustaining Board invites you to the Culinary Capers XVII fundraising event

Featuring Matt Lee and Ted Lee, James Beard Award-Winning Authors of Simple Fresh Southern: Knockout Dishes with Down-Home Flavor.

Event Information
Thursday, November 11, 2010 (Veteran’s Day)
Bridgewater Banquet Center in Powell, Ohio
9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Demonstration begins at 11 a.m. Lunch served at 12 p.m.)

Event includes shopping at local artisans’ booths, raffle with unique items, entertainment by ProMusica orchestra musicians, cooking demonstration by The Lee Brothers, lunch created with their recipes and autographed copy of the Simple Fresh Southern cookbook.

Individual Tickets: $100 * Table Sponsorships: $1,500

Founded in 1988, the Sustaining Board is a group of volunteers who provide financial support and community awareness for “our little orchestra.” Our fundraising events play an important role in sustaining ProMusica’s place as a fiscally responsible arts organization that brings classic and new commissioned music to Central Ohio each year.
